이 사례에서 혈청 단백질의 단량체 형태에만 선택적으로 반응할 후보물질을 찾고자 하였습니다. Beacon system을 이용하여 매우 다양한 plasma B cell repertoire를 스크리닝하여 다량체에 반응하지 않는 단량체 특이적인 희귀 항체를 찾아낼 수 있었습니다.

세포 표면 수용체를 발현하는 부착 세포를 이용하여 이 수용체에 대한 항체 패널을 빠르게 생성한 사례를 확인하실 수 있습니다. Beacon의 Cell-based assay방법을 이용하여 짧은 시간 내에 1,000의 plasma B cell을 확보할 수 있었습니다.
