이번 online workshop에서는 새로운 Sequel IIe 시스템 소개와 함께 Human WGS variant detection, deno vo genome assembly, single-cell RNA sequencing, PCR을이용한 targeted sequencing, No-Amp methods 등 HiFi (highly accurate long reads) read를 사용하는 최신 애플리케이션이 소개될 예정입니다.

또한 Genomic Answers for Kids study의 일환으로 새로운 유전적 변이를 찾기위해 long read seqeuncing을 적용한 할 Emily Farrow 박사 (Children 's Mercy, Kansas City)와 신경계에서 single-cell isoform 분석을 진행한 Hagen Tilgner 박사(Cornell University)의 선구적인 연구 내용에 대해 살펴보실 수 있습니다.
